Using this website

You may use this website for your own information and to enquire about our services. You agree not to misuse it: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, submit other people's data without their permission, or use it for anything unlawful.

Estimates and tools are indicative

Our online tools (the boiler quote, retrofit planner, payback and savings calculators, Boiler Upgrade Scheme eligibility check, and EPC lookup) give indicative figures based on the information you enter and reasonable assumptions. They are not a binding quotation, a guarantee of grant eligibility, or a promise of savings.

Your actual price, eligibility and savings depend on a survey of your property and your circumstances. We confirm everything in writing before any work is agreed. Grant figures and scheme rules are set by government and can change.

Finance

Where finance is offered, Smart Energie Ltd acts as an introducer appointed representative of Phoenix-FC, an FCA-regulated credit broker (firm reference number 539195). We do not lend money ourselves. Finance is subject to status, affordability and the lender's terms. Any monthly figures shown are illustrative until confirmed.

Our content

The text, images, design and tools on this site belong to Smart Energie Ltd or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish or reuse them commercially without our permission.

Other sites and tools

The site links to and embeds third-party tools, such as our meeting-booking provider. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party services; their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them.
