Tenants need a signed letter from the landlord before applying.

Is the property in England, Wales, or Scotland?

BUS doesn't cover Northern Ireland — different schemes apply there.

Is your EPC less than 10 years old?

A new EPC takes about a week to arrange if yours has expired. We can help organise one.

Question 4

Does your EPC list outstanding recommendations for loft or cavity wall insulation?

If yes, those measures need to be addressed first or installed alongside the heat pump.
